Lewiston man gets 30 years for killing his girlfriend in 2022

A Lewiston man has been sentenced to 30 years behind bars for killing a Lewiston woman in 2022.

Eddie Massie, 40 was arrested in December 2022 in Greene, days after the body of 25-year-old Lacresha Howard was found in the hallway of an apartment building in Lewiston.

Family members said at the time that Massie was Howard’s boyfriend, but she was trying to end their relationship when he shot and killed her.
