    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • Feb. 5 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student threatened another student.

    • Feb. 5 — Impersonation — 1800 block of Dumore Lane, Clemmons. Male claimed to be law enforcement over phone.

    • Feb. 5 — Shoplifting, hit and run accident in parking lot — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Four males stole products from Ulta.

    • Feb. 5 — Rabies exposure — 6300 block of Arden Circle, Clemmons. Rabies investigation.

    • Feb. 5 — Police service, attempted suicide — 6000 block of Springfield Farm Road, Clemmons. Female took prescribed medicine in suicide attempt.

    • Feb. 5 — Drug violations, FCSO violations of auto law, operation violation — 5800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop led to drug investigation.

    • Feb. 5 — CCW possession/concealing weapons, violation of auto law-all other, driving while license revoked/suspended — 7000 block of Shallowford Road/Tuscany Drive, Lewisville. Convicted felon found in possession of firearm.

    • Feb. 5 —Burglary, forced — 1000 block of Brookway West Court, Lewisville. Window busted out of apartment.

    • Feb. 6 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3200 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject yelling profanities in elementary school parking lot.

    • Feb. 6 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3200 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Potential assault involving EC student.

    • Feb. 6 — Violation city/county ordinance, noise-related — 100 block of Stonburg Circle, Clemmons. Barking dogs bothering the neighbors.

    • Feb. 7 — FCSO harassment (non-criminal) — 3000 block of Cameron Village Court, Clemmons. Civil dispute turned into potential harassment.

    • Feb. 7 — Trespassing — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject went back to the property that he was evicted from.

    • Feb. 7 — Tampering with vehicle — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject tampered with vehicle.

    • Feb. 7 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person reported larceny from Walmart.

    • Feb. 8 — Trouble with juvenile — 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Subject was disrupting school, screaming and striking objects.

    • Feb. 8 — Disorderly conduct — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student caused a disruption during lunch.

    • Feb. 8 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Subject forcibly took victim’s phone.

    • Feb. 8 — Trouble with juvenile — 1400 block of Broadway West Drive, Lewisville. Child spanked.

    • Feb. 9 — Breaking and entering with force, larceny from building — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Business alarm for store break-in.

    • Feb. 10 — Dog bites and attacks — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Dog bite to clinic employee.

    • Feb. 11 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6700 block of River Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject was being disorderly in Subway.
