Tannenhauf Golf Club in Lexington Township celebrated its annual Guest Day with a women’s tournament.

The 2024 Tannenhauf Women’s Golf Association event was a scramble, and each player had to use at least one drive during the nine-hole event.

Fun games were played throughout the event.

On No. 13, each player selected one club to use on the entire hole. Players used the junior tees on No. 16, making the hole even shorter.

The team of Nancy Polosky, Karen Reese, Kathy Burtscher and Gayle Myers won the event with a score of 31. Each winner received a $10 Tannenhauf gift card and a Tannenhauf logo towel. The last place team – Jayne Brunty, Terri Sigler, Connie Poto and Peg Cindia, with a score of 41 – received a small packet of tissues and No More Tears soap.

Awards handed out to the competitors:

Longest drive – Peg Engelhart (flight A), Martha Palmer (flight B), Erma Hastings (flight C) and Janet Wisler (flight D), Bonnie Reed-Bell (Guest A/B), Kay Wilkinson (Guest C/D).

Closest to the pin – Pam Rosnack (flight A), Martha Palmer (flight B), Mary Kay Kunar (flight C).

    Hole-in-One – Gayle Myers (flight D), Bonnie Reed-Bell (Guest A/B), Deb DeWalt (Guest C/D).

Longest putt – Mary Kay Kunar (member) and Bonnie Reed-Bell (guest).
