LINCOLNTON, N.C. (WBTV/Gray News) – A grandmother from North Carolina is planning to help her grandkids after winning $4 million in a new lottery game. According to the North Carolina Lottery, Rachel Sadler won the big prize after buying a $30 Supreme 7s scratch-off ticket from the Save Mart on East Main Street in Lincolnton.
