Update: Heat advisory for South Alabama for Wednesday
On Tuesday at 9:35 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated heat advisory valid for Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. for Choctaw, Washington, Clarke, Wilcox, Monroe, Conecuh, Butler, Crenshaw, Escambia, Covington, Mobile and Baldwin counties. The weather service comments, "Heat index values up to 112 degrees expected."
