LIMA — A Lima juvenile waived his right to a speedy trial Thursday in the Allen County Common Pleas Court on charges of aggravated robbery, felonious assault, grand theft and having weapons while under disability.

According to documents from the Allen County Juvenile Court for Ronnie Brown, 17, “Child allegedly involved in an aggravated robbery incident, wherein he and his co-defendants allegedly robbed an individual at gunpoint, taking a wallet and a firearm. Child has previous felony adjudications, including one involving a firearm, resulting in two current allegations of having weapons under disability.” Brown’s case was transferred from the juvenile court to the common pleas court on June 21.

As of July 11, Brown was being held in the Allen County Juvenile Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.
