Florence Teen Dies In Crash
A young Florence man died as the result of injuries he sustained in a two-vehicle crash just east of Rogersville Thursday. Alabama State Troopers report that nineteen-year-old Sidney Hamilton was killed when his 2023 Kawasaki Ninja collided with a 2019 Honda CR-V. The crash occurred around 5:44 p.m. on Highway 72 in Limestone County, near Little Elk River. The victim was thrown from his bike and pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
