One dead after single vehicle accident in Warrick County
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Warrick County Sheriff Michael Wilder has confirmed one person is dead following a single vehicle accident near Seven Hills Road on Friday morning. Sheriff Wilder says the driver was the only occupant in the vehicle. The name of the deceased has not been released. This is a developing story.

JPD receives a domestic battery call
ON 08/15/2023 THE JASPER POLICE DEPARTMENT RECEIVED A 911 ADV OF A PHYSICAL DOMESTIC THAT OCCURRED. UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE MALE SUBJECT, LARRY MARCUM, HAD LEFT ON FOOT. OFFICERS LOCATED LARRY SUBJECT AT BATTERIES NOW AND TRANSPORTED HIM TO THE JASPER POLICE DEPARTMENT. WHILE ONSCENE A FEMALE SUBJECT, BRENDA MARCUM, APPROACHED THE OFFICER AND THE VICTIM. BRENDA SUBJECT MADE THREATS TOWARDS THE VICTIM AND WAS ALSO TRANSPORTED TO THE JASPER POLICE DEPARTMENT. THROUGHOUT THE INVESTIGATION IT WAS DETERMINED THE LARRY SUBJECT HAD STRUCK HIS FIANCE IN THE FACE. BRENDA AND LARRY SUBJECT WERE TRANSPORTED AND LODGED INTO THE DUBOIS COUNTY SECURITY CENTER ON THE CHARGES OF:
