No matter the sport, young athletes tend to look to the best for inspiration. We already know Steph Curry’s influence over basketball development. And we’re bound to see the impact that Patrick Mahomes plays in the next generation of quarterbacks.

We might *really* be seeing that with Nebraska freshman quarterback Dylan Raiola.

At the very least, he has the Patrick Mahomes look down to perfection.

Raiola — a five-star recruit from Buford, Ga. — signed with the Cornhuskers back in December. And throughout his recruitment, analysts drew comparisons between him and Mahomes. He planned to work out with Mahomes this offseason, and this was how he looked showing up to campus on Tuesday.

That kind of look required a double take for sure — it had to be intentional. Between the sunglasses, the hair and the Adidas gear, Raiola was basically rocking the Mahomes starter pack. He even wears No. 15! He knows exactly what he’s doing with that.

Fans had so many jokes about the resemblance. The Mahomes vibes were undeniable.
