CARBON COUNTY, MT – A Minnesota man is believed dead after a fall into a creek in Montana. Authorities in Carbon County, Montana say Dylan Honnoll of Rogers, Minnesota was hiking near Billings on July 12th when he reportedly fell into the rapids of East Rosebud Creek.
