It is Ordered and Notice is given that on August 21, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. a hearing will be held in this Court at 325 North Sibley Avenue, Litchfield, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Jeanette Stottrup, whose address is 58415 US Highway 12, Litchfield, MN, 55355 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do allnecessary acts for the Estate.

Litchfield Community Theatre Medallion Hunt Clues
A crash of drums, a flash of light, my golden coat flew out of sight. Hidden somewhere within the city limits of Litchfield on public property is a Litchfield Community Theatre medallion waiting to be found. The first to find the medallion wins $100 and two tickets to this year’s production of “joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”. KLFD will read a new clue each day at 10 am until found. The medallion, when found, must be turned into the Litchfield Community Education office at 307 E 6th St. in Litchfield.
Meeting Monday to discuss new regulations on feedlots
(Paynesville MN-) As part of efforts to reduce nitrate pollution statewide, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) today released proposed changes to two permits that regulate the state’s largest animal feedlots. These permits regulate the discharge of pollutants from livestock production areas and restrict the volume of pollutants entering state waters via manure land application. Proposed changes would have the greatest benefit in regions of Minnesota where nitrate can move easily through the soil and into groundwater.
