Townwide paving program to begin this week
WESTFORD —The townwide paving program is slated to begin later this week, impacting several miles of road in Westford. 18 roads are slated to see five centerline miles of roadway paved under the state’s Chapter 90 program. Florida Man Pleads Guilty to Health Care Fraud in Boston Federal Court
A Florida man, Jeffrey MacEachron, aged 60, has formally admitted to committing health care fraud, with the plea entered yesterday before a federal court in Boston. In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, §§ 5 and 11, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 7:00 PM, to consider a proposed amendment to the Groton Zoning Bylaw, Chapter 218, Section 218-3 Definitions. The proposed zoning amendment will revise the definition of Age-Restricted Housing to require the affordable units to qualify for inclusion on the state’s Subsidized Housing Inventory and to comply with the federal Fair Housing Act.
