    New arrest made in murder investigation of Olcott man

    ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Lockport man was accused of trying to hide the body of a murder victim, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.

    It was alleged that 45-year-old Norman DuBois conspired with others to hide the body of 59-year-old Michael Poole of Olcott . He was found dead in March in the Town of Alabama.

    DuBois was charged with first-degree hinder prosecution, tampering with physical evidence, concealment of a human corpse, and fifth-degree conspiracy.

    Back in April, deputies arrested Kathryn Henry of Lockport. Henry was accused of trying to cause the death of Poole and hide his body. She was charged with second-degree murder, assault, concealment of a human corpse, hindering prosecution, tampering with physical evidence, and conspiracy.

    DuBois was arraigned on Friday and will appear in Alabama Town Court on July 16, 2024.
