USPS Announces Mailing Service Changes Impacting Wisconsin
It's been a rough few years for the United States Postal Service. According to the official USPS website, the department has recorded $87 billion in financial losses over the last 14 years. In response to this, they are once again hiking up the prices of some of their services, which will affect all Iowans.
