A Turtle Lake cheesemaker from Lake Country Dairy/Schuman Cheese earned top honors during the Blue Ribbon Dairy Products Auction held Aug. 8 at the Wisconsin State Fair Park. Cheesemaker Gary Gosda won the coveted title of the 2024 Wisconsin State Fair Grand Master Cheesemaker with a winning entry of Cello Maple Mascarpone. The entry scored 99.670 in the flavored soft cheese class.
