APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - The global technology outage affecting airports, airlines, banks, hospitals, and other industries is being felt here in Northeast Wisconsin. Aurora BayCare is the only one reporting computer issues, but a dispatcher with the hospital tells us they don’t believe the issues are impacting patient care.
