    Eleven West Virginia inmates sentenced for smuggling drugs into prisons

    CLARKSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Eleven inmates have been sentenced for smuggling drugs into West Virginia prisons.

    According to U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld, eleven inmates in the Northern District of West Virginia have been sentenced for smuggling or attempting to smuggle drugs into several federal prisons.

    The inmates were involved in smuggling operations at Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Hazelton, Secure Female Facility (SFF) Hazelton, and Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Gilmer.

    The sentences handed down add additional time to the sentences the inmates were already serving.

    Those sentenced include:

    Angela Oxendine, 44, an inmate at SFF Hazelton, received an additional three months.

    Angela Woolwine, 35, an inmate at SFF Hazelton, received an additional 12 months.

    Brittney Hays, 31, an inmate at SFF Hazelton, received an additional three months.

    Tina Hatterer, 44, an inmate at SFF Hazelton, received an additional six months.

    Arlene Combs, 39, an inmate at SFF Hazelton, received an additional six months.

    Kevon Jackson, 31, an inmate at FCI Hazelton, received an additional six months.

    Christopher Coffey, 55, an inmate at FCI Hazelton, received an additional six months.

    Joshua Jett, 40, an inmate at FCI Gilmer, received an additional six months.

    Dayvoughn Ervin, 31, an inmate at FCI Gilmer, received an additional six months.

    Joseph Sanders, 24, an inmate at FCI Gilmer, received an additional six months.

    Christopher Gorrell, 41, an inmate at FCI Gilmer, received an additional three months
