We celebrate our freedom, our patriotism, and the love of our country. And some of you may be celebrating birthdays, like our friend, Harold Park Jr.
Local inventor designs kitchen gadget to streamline meat processing for hunters
It may look like a simple kitchen set, but one local inventor says that's the beauty of his product, which is pending its patent, expected to be completed by December. “I've been processing my own deer for 60 years. And it’s always hard because when you go to cut the steaks, if you don't chill it they’re an inch at the top and an inch and a half at the bottom. When you cook them, they don’t cook evenly.” says Richard Kinter of Blacklick Township. He says he has invented something that he believes will make millions of dollars.
