Edgehill Drive reopens in Westmont, Inclined Plane work progressing
CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Completion of one phase of work at the Johnstown Inclined Plane has cleared the way for Edgehill Drive in Westmont Borough to reopen to traffic.
