Phamtastic Boba shop opens with extensive drink menu
Blenders are whirling at a new boba tea shop in Lower Paxton Township. Phamtastic Boba & Food opened today at 5401 Jonestown Road with an extensive and colorful beverage menu. The restaurant carries dozens of fruit teas, slushies, smoothies and milk teas along with a small food menu of Vietnamese-style chicken wings, fried rice and sandwiches.
BC3 selects longtime dean as new VP
Josh Novak, a longtime dean at Butler County Community College, will become the college’s vice president for student affairs and enrollment management on Tuesday, July 9. Novak, 39, of Slippery Rock, has served in dean of students roles in BC3’s student affairs and enrollment management division since August 2011. In that role, he has led student services and resources, such as those for academic support, access and disability, food security and mental health.

Historic, castle-like 1800s Cumberland County mansion listed for sale
