In more Diddy news, the business mogul is reportedly selling his Los Angeles mansion for a staggering $70 million. This decision comes just four months after the estate was raided by the Department of Homeland Security in connection with a federal sex trafficking case.

A source who spoke with TMZ shared that
Diddy’s decision to sell the mansion is fueled by his desire to sever ties with Los Angeles. While he was spotted in West Hollywood three weeks ago, the majority of his time has been spent at his Miami home.

As previously reported, the raids on his homes in Los Angeles and Miami earlier this year, which were part of an alleged sex abuse investigation, prompted the rapper to speak out against the “excessive force” used on his sons and employees. It is important to note that Diddy himself was not arrested, nor were any of his family members, according to his lawyer.

    More On Diddy’s LA Mansion:

According to TMZ, Diddy purchased the European-style mansion in 2014 for $40 million. Situated in the prestigious Holmby Hills neighborhood, the mansion boasts an impressive 17,000 square feet of living space. With eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, it is truly a luxurious abode. Additionally, the property features a 3,000-square-foot guesthouse, a spa house complete with a steam room, massage room, and beauty salon, as well as a gym, wine room, and an underwater swimming tunnel leading to a grotto, as reported by the Los Angeles Times.

Adding to the recent controversies surrounding Diddy, a month ago, surveillance footage surfaced showing him assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura at a hotel in Century City back in 2016. However, Diddy has since taken responsibility for his actions and publicly apologized. In a video posted on Instagram, he acknowledged the darkest times in his life and expressed remorse for his inexcusable behavior.

“My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video,” he said in a video statement posted on Instagram.

“I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now,” he added. “I went and I sought out professional help. I got into going to therapy, going to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I’m committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry.”

Combs settled the lawsuit with Cassie back in November before the video was released. However, he still has a mountain of other lawsuits to battle out.
