Sean “Diddy” Combs, the 54-year-old disgraced music mogul, is making moves in the wake of legal troubles. Less than four months after a Homeland Security raid linked to a sex trafficking investigation, Combs reportedly has listed his Holmby Hills mansion for sale, seeking a staggering $70 million — more than $30 million above his 2014 purchase price.

News of the home being put on the market comes as the Bad Boy Records founder is hit with yet another lawsuit . Combs is being sued by a former adult film star, Adria English, who alleges he groomed her into sex trafficking at one of his annual Labor Day white parties. English claims she was coerced into taking narcotics and sexually exploited between 2004 and 2009 by Combs, a woman named Tamika Thomas, and Jacob Arabov, who is best known as “Jacob the Jeweler,” Fox News reported. This marks the tenth lawsuit filed against Combs since November 2023. Combs’ legal team denied the allegations.

    Is Diddy Saying Bye L.A.?

Meanwhile, if reports are true, Combs is focused on offloading his L.A. estate. According to TMZ, the luxurious estate spans 17,000 square feet and boasts eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a 35-seat theater, gym, wine room, and a separate 3,000-square-foot guest house. Outdoor amenities include a lagoon-style swimming pool with an underwater tunnel, a basketball halfcourt, and meticulously landscaped gardens.

In March, federal agents descended on the mansion with drawn weapons, part of a sweeping investigation that also targeted Combs’ Miami residence. The raid reportedly left “significant property damage,” with agents seizing electronics and conducting thorough searches throughout the premises.

While Combs’ legal team criticized the raid as an “excessive show of force,” ongoing developments suggest serious legal repercussions. A grand jury is currently deliberating on potential indictments related to the investigation, raising uncertainty about Combs’ future legal battles.
