Kawhi Leonard Develops Surprising Reputation Within Team USA

Kawhi Leonard brings a lot to the table for Team USA. The Los Angeles Clippers star's skill set apparently includes being the team jokester.

Leonard caused quite a stir when he first arrived to Team USA's training camp ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics. The Clippers forward was seen walking into the team's training venue in Las Vegas with what appeared to be a limp.

Leonard dealt with knee issues to close the season, which forced him to miss four of his team's six playoff games in April. But Leonard's knee troubles probably aren't so bad given that his teammates have been raving about his comedy.

"Who's the funniest to me? I feel like, Kawhi," Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards told reporters Sunday

"The funniest is for sure Kawhi. Kawhi is really funny, believe it or not," Los Angeles Lakers big man Anthony Davis seconded.

Intentional or not, it's undeniable that the NBA's resident "fun guy" has his moments. When asked for his best piece of advice, Leonard said all that matters is having fun.

"One piece of basketball advice? Mine is to just have fun. Have fun," said Leonard with the most robotic giggle of all time.

Even if Leonard doesn't play for Team USA much due to his knee, his contributions in the comedic department clearly haven't gone unnoticed.
