The 2024 Las Vegas Summer League is in full swing, and the new NBA draft class is getting its first action.

Los Angeles Lakers rookie Bronny James, the son of LeBron James, has carried a majority of the spotlight for the NBA Summer League. He even draws a much larger crowd than the top two picks, Zaccharie Risacher and Alex Sarr, did when they battled each other.

James has struggled so far in the summer league, putting up underwhelming numbers just as he did in college with the USC Trojans. Over the weekend, however, he gained some success in a friendly off-court competition between players. He won a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III tournament.

Modern Warfare III is a popular first-person shooter video game. It is the 12th installment of the Call of Duty series. The first was released in 2003. In the tournament, Bronny beat NBA players, including Grant Williams and Bobi Klintman.

However, NBA fans were not impressed with Bronny's video game skills and took to social media to roast him.

In his first three summer league games, including two in the California Classic, Bronny is averaging five points on 23% shooting, four rebounds and 1.7 assists.
