Miami Central defensive lineman Floyd Boucard will announce his commitment on Saturday, July 20 between Alabama , Miami , Oklahoma and USC . The 6-foot-2.5, 315-pound three-star took official visits to his four finalists last month and he is still working to finalize his decision.

“I still have a lot to think about because I could see myself playing for all four teams on my list,” Boucard told On3. “Those schools are still competing and we will see who wins on Saturday. It won’t be easy to pick one school, but I will be ready.”

Communication is strong late between Boucard and the four schools, but he is not feeling the pressure to give anyone an answer yet. He feels any of the four staffs will support him regardless of the school he commits to.

“All the coaches want me to make it. They all show love. It will come down to that family environment for me. I want to be in a great place where everyone is friendly with me and my family. How comfortable me and my family feel around the people and at the school will be big in my final decision this weekend.”

Boucard talks Alabama, Miami, Oklahoma and USC

He got a good feel for each school on his official visits. Miami got him on campus first on May 31, then USC was next on June 7. He finished up with visits to Oklahoma on June 14 and Alabama on June 21. Each has given him a lot to think about.

“I learned a lot on my official visits,” Boucard said. “I saw what it was like around the people. The coaches showed me their vision for me. Me and my family could see the environment I would be in.

Alabama: “Alabama is Alabama. You can’t really say anything bad about them. I like the new coaching staff, and when I was in Mobile, Coach Kane Wommack was the head coach at South Alabama, and I knew him well.”

Miami: “Miami is so close. I am there and I feel like I am already on the roster. The coaches make me feel at home and it is an incredible feeling when I am there. Miami makes me feel right at home.”

Oklahoma: “Coach Todd Bates is genuine. The coaches are great people and you find people like that everywhere. They care for their players and they are loyal. Since offering me in January, they have talked to me non-stop.”

USC: They create Heisman winners and big dogs come out of that school. Coach Henny ( Eric Henderson ) has NFL experience, he has won a Super Bowl and he could do big things with defensive linemen there.”
