Shohei Ohtani wore a splendid jacket for his dog, Decoy, to the MLB All-Star Game red carpet, and it’s so darn cute that we can’t stand it.

When Shohei met with the media shortly after signing his deal with the Dodgers in 2023, fans immediately wanted to know things about him, like his wife’s name and even what he called his dog. He eventually revealed that his pup’s name was Decoy , which was totally and hysterically appropriate given all the speculation about where he might land.

It seems that Shohei’s love for his very good doggo is DEEP because Decoy was with Ohtani and Mamiko, his wife, when he took the MLB All-Star red carpet Tuesday — right inside his jacket. That’s right. Shohei actually wore a suit jacket lined with several wholesome pictures of Decoy, and the photos and video of him showing it off are precious.
