LeBron James' Old Comment About Bronny Goes Viral Amid Summer League Struggles

Bronny James hasn't exactly impressed in his Summer League appearances with the Lakers so far.

Through four Summer League games as an incoming rookie, LA's No. 55 overall pick is averaging just 4.3 points per game on 7/31 shooting from the field (22.6%) and 0/15 shooting from behind the three-point arc.

Despite these early struggles, some still have high hopes for the second-round pick — including his father/teammate: LeBron James.

LeBron's old comment about his eldest son is going viral amid Bronny's early NBA struggles.

"Man Bronny definitely better than some of these cats I've been watching on league pass today. S--t lightweight hilarious," James tweeted on March 6, 2023.

X account "Freezing Cold Takes" resurfaced the statement on Tuesday. It already has more than 7.3 thousand likes and 700 reposts.
