Trenton Henderson is a 6-foot-4, 225-pound, four-star edge rusher from Pensacola, Florida, where he plays for Pensacola Catholic High School. Henderson was recently offered by the USC Trojans. He was also offered by LSU, Notre Dame, Florida State, Tulane, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss and many more schools.

Henderson is rated at the No. 185th best player in the 2026 class overall, the 16th ranked edge rusher and No. 31 in the state of Florida.

There are no Crystal Ball projections for him at this time, but Mississippi State is a 31% favorite to land him per On3.

USC needs to be able to get more dynamic athletes into its front seven so that coach Eric Henderson and colleague Shaun Nua can develop a fire-breathing defense which can thrive in the Big Ten, thereby reducing the burden on the offense to produce and giving USC a level of football balance the program has lacked over the past several years.
