Lisa Leslie Shares Heartfelt Message For Cameron Brink After ACL Surgery

Los Angeles Sparks rookie Cameron Brink saw her debut WNBA season come to a close when she suffered a torn ACL on June 18.

While the No. 2 overall pick is out of commission for the rest of the 2024 season, she's still been very present around the Sparks organization.

Before the Sparks' matchup against the Seattle Storm earlier this week, Brink posed for a photo with Los Angeles legend and WNBA all-time great Lisa Leslie.

"The legacy continues," the Sparks wrote on X.

Leslie later posted this same photo on her Instagram story — along with a heartfelt message for Brink as she continues her recovery process.

"Praying everything went well for @cameronbrink22," Leslie wrote.

Brink recently underwent surgery to repair her torn ACL.

"Chillin on the road to recovery. thank you all for the well wishes:) I’m feeling extremely encouraged, supported & ready to make small strides everyday. #delayednotdenied," the 22-year-old rookie wrote on Instagram.

Brink hopes to bounce back at full strength for the start of the 2025 WNBA season.
