USC Trojans Star's Savage Retort to Angel Reese Turns Heads Amid WNBA All-Star Game Bet

Chicago Sky star rookie Angel Reese is no stranger to having people betting on her.

Given that sports gambling has become an even bigger industry than it already was in recent years due to the rise of online sportsbooks, now people can wager on their favorite players from their couch.

Although USC Trojans star Talia Von Oelhoffen still went to watch Reese play in person this weekend, after placing a bet on her to secure a double-double during the WNBA All-Star Game.

Von Oelhoffen's X post explaining her bet (that was a collaboration with CashApp) went super viral after it hit Saturday.

This post prompted a funny reply from Reese.

"I’m glad I won you some money because girl I still got your versace glasses from last night," Reese said, along with two emojis.

Reese's post has nearly 450,000 views on X.

But Von Oelhoffen had the perfect reply.

"whole time they’re from amazon," she said to Reese's post.

This hilarious response put Reese in tears, writing, "stoppppp" with a laughing-crying and three crying emojis.

While Reese and Von Oelhoffen have never been teammates, they clearly have great chemistry with one another.
