    UPDATE: Missing Jefferson County teen has been found safe

    UPDATE: At 3:44 p.m., Jefferson County Emergency services reported that Amanquie Gamble has been located and is safe.

    JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing teen.

    17-year-old Amanquie Myeasha Gamble was last seen on Sunday, June 23, around 10 p.m. when she left her job at Popeye’s in Louisville.

    Her vehicle, a grey 2002 Honda Accord, was last seen in the Augusta area on Monday. Family members say she may be with a male subject named Exavier Jackson.

    Gamble was last seen wearing her Popeye’s uniform (an orange shirt and black pants).
