How to watch Louisville basketball, Pat Kelsey wrap up Bahamas exhibition trip vs Calgary

Pat Kelsey wasn't ready to declare the Louisville men's basketball team's exhibition tour of the Bahamas a success after the Cardinals crushed an all-star team from the Caribbean island by 52 points Tuesday night.

"I'll let you know in about 36 hours or so," the head coach said after his tenure unofficially began with a 111-59 victory.

U of L concludes the business portion of its trip to paradise Thursday against the University of Calgary as part of the Baha Mar Hoops Summer League in Nassau.

The Dinos, Kelsey said, are a "polar-opposite" scout when compared with Louisville's opponent in Game 1, Bahamas Select . They compete in Canada's top amateur league, U Sports, are eight-time conference champions and brought home their first national title in 2018.

"They're savvy; they're veteran; they can shoot at every single position," Kelsey said. "I told our guys, 'We've got to be ready to play on Thursday.'"

The Cards were more than ready Tuesday. They tallied what would have been a program-record 38 assists on 43 made field goals and knocked down 20 3-pointers.

"It's so fun to play with these guys," said fifth-year forward Kasean Pryor, who finished one point behind fifth-year guard J'Vonne Hadley for the team lead in scoring with 17. "Everyone knows where everyone is; everyone knows how to make the right play; everyone can score when they want, but, at the end of the day, we're just trying to find each other and make each other better."
