I know that this article is going to annoy some people, but this has been on my mind for a long time. Why are people so quick to be angry about In-N-Out Burger in Colorado? Anytime the burger chain is referenced online comes with a laundry list of hate comments.

Oak Street Water System Improvement Project Kick off. Full Closure on Oak St and Grant Avenue, Beginning the Week of July 22nd
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Fort Collins Utilities’ Oak Street Water System Improvement Project will begin construction the week of July 22nd to replace existing water infrastructure in downtown Fort Collins. This work is being completed ahead of the Oak Street Stormwater Improvements Project. The replacement of ageing water mains will enhance system reliability, improve fire flow capacity, and protect water quality.
