This means the developer, Zeller Realty Group, can now move forward with the project and make the old hotel into a modern hotel with a mix of old and new features.

Funding raised to rebuild Goshen fire station after destructive tornado
GOSHEN, Ohio (WKRC) - Millions of dollars have been allocated to rebuild a fire station that was destroyed by a tornado in 2022. In July of 2022, Goshen's Station 18 was hit by an EF-2 tornado with top wind speeds of 130 miles per hour. When they collided, part of Station 18 collapsed. By 2023 most of the buildings that the tornado damaged had been repaired, but Station 18 was still untouched. Firefighters continued operating out of a makeshift station, despite both the police and government buildings being repaired.
