Bethlehem Township considers regulating vacant properties
BETHLEHEM TWP., Pa. – The Bethlehem Township Board of Commissioners reviewed changes to codes and ordinances Monday night at the administration building. The first involved a township code governing vacant property. The township's current definition will be deleted entirely and replaced with a definition which states "any building that is uninhabited; or, not in use for which purpose the land or building is designed, arranged, intended or for which it is or may be occupied or maintained."
