Police arrest suspect linked to fatal Las Vegas hit-and-run
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police arrested a man accused in a deadly hit-and-run that happened early Sunday morning. The crash involving a pedestrian was reported around 12:45 a.m. and happened on Harmon Avenue near Paradise Road. Following the crash, Las Vegas Metropolitan police released photos of the vehicle involved in the crash which killed a 62-year-old man.

Eagles Add Four More Shows to Las Vegas Sphere Residency
Due to overwhelming demand, Eagles have added four more dates to their upcoming residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas. The new dates are scheduled for Jan. 17, 18, 24 and 25 of 2025. Pre-sales will begin July 23, followed by regular sales on July 26. Tickets will start at $175 and will reflect all-in pricing.

Registration to open for Safekey school programs in Vegas
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Parents in the Las Vegas valley who want to enroll their children in before and after-school programs can do that starting Tuesday, July 23. The City of Las Vegas will launch online registration for its Safekey before-and-after-school program. The program, aimed at kindergarten through fifth-grade students, extends learning opportunities beyond regular school hours, according to the City of Las Vegas.

2 people transported after crash near Washington, Las Vegas Boulevard
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Two people were taken to a hospital after a two-vehicle crash just north of downtown Las Vegas Monday morning, authorities said. The crash was reported just before 5:30 a.m. at Searles Avenue and Bruce Street, near Washington Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
