Bradford man dies from injuries related to June crash
Police say a Bradford man has died from injuries he got after crashing into a telephone pole on Route 5 in mid-June. The crash happened on June 19 near the intersection of Charles Field Road and VT 5. Police say the driver, Jackson Metayer, 32, crashed into a telephone pole and the car caught on fire. A bystander driving by was able to put the fire out with an extinguisher.

TOPSHAM — Vermont State Police are investigating acts of vandalism that caused extensive damage to athletic fields at two schools in Orange County over the weekend. On July 14 at 12:54 p.m., troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to reports of property damage at Waits River Valley School in Topsham.
