    Law enforcement search for missing man in Osage County

    LYNDON, Kan. ( KSNT ) — Police and sheriff’s deputies in and around the City of Lyndon are asking for help with finding a missing man who has “physical and emotional disabilities.”

    The City of Lyndon posted to social media just after 3 p.m. on Friday, July 19 regarding a missing man. The individual is being identified as 28-year-old Shemaiyah Young. He is 5’2″, weighs about 100 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. There is an increased police presence in the City of Lyndon as law enforcement searches for Young.

    The Osage County Sheriff’s Office also posted to social media, spreading the word about Young’s disappearance. They described the clothes he was last seen in and the last time he was spotted.

    “He has physical and emotional disabilities and appears to be much younger than his real age. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans around 10:30 at the Lyndon Jones Park. If you see Shemaiyah, please call 911.”
