‘Nature in the City’ getting students to explore
(WSYR-TV) — Last month, students at Dr. Weeks Elementary School in Syracuse got a head start on some summer fun and learning with the Baltimore Woods Nature Center. The program was designed with National Grid to give students special kits to get them to explore nature. Whitney Lash-Marshall of BWNC, and Dana Corcoran of the Syracuse City School District, joined Bridge Street Friday to let us know how the kids are benefitting from this program.
