SBCC Lake Los Angeles at the Raptor Opening
San Dimas – Lake Los Angeles was well represented at the Grand Opening of the San Dimas Raptor Rescue located at the San Dimas Canyon Nature Center by SBCC. The Rescue will save injured or orphaned raptors as they are rehabilitated and then returned to the urban wild, for those who can survive in the wild again. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will continue work on a $122 million project to rehabilitate and repave traffic lanes and ramps and upgrade the drainage systems in Hesperia to Victorville in the center divider/right shoulders on Interstate 15 in San Bernardino County. This project will not add a extra lane to the freeway or for a high speed train.
