Kemp approves residential Rental Inspection Program
Road Impact Fees were also discussed during the council meeting. The fees would be applied to property owners building a new home or remodeling a home within the City of Kemp. The impact fees would help fund or recover the costs of road improvements or repairs necessitated by any construction vehicles. The council took no action on this item, but City Manager Dean Winters stated that it would be coming back to council for approval.
