LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Little Rock women's basketball coach Joe Foley is retiring after 37 seasons, the university announced on Thursday. "I always wanted the opportunity to coach and teach, not just basketball, but also the game of life," Foley said. "I'm proud of the accomplishments and success our program has experienced over my 21-year tenure, but without a doubt, I am most proud of the impact we've made on the lives of hundreds of young women. Being their head coach is one of the greatest honors in my life."

LITTLE ROCK – The Little Rock swimming and diving team has officially added 10 swimmers and two divers for the 2024-25 season, a huge boost to a talented team that has shown tremendous progress following head coach Nathan Townsend‘s first season and has begun to rebuild nicely under diving coach Chris Pape, who now has two years under his belt with the program.
Registration now open for 2025 Little Rock Marathon
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Officials announced that registration for the 2025 Little Rock Marathon and the 2025 Run Local Race Series is now open through September 11, 2024. Registration for the full marathon is $95, with half marathon registration starting at $85. Prices for each of the weekend’s events will go up incrementally until they reach either full price or race capacity.
