Minor injuries reported after Saturday crash in central Emporia
Minor injuries were reported for one of two drivers involved in a crash in central Emporia on Saturday morning. Emporia Police and Emporia Fire/EMS responded to Ninth and State around 10:15 am. Police Sgt. Dominick Vortherms says a northbound driver on State failed to yeild at a stop sign, crashing her car broadside into a westbound SUV on Ninth.
