A Madison woman who had pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of narcotic drugs was sentenced to probation after the judge stayed prison time.

Three felonies and one misdemeanor had been filed on Aug. 21 in Barron County Circuit Court against Trisanthoni R. Vincent, 43. The felonies were for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of meth with intent to deliver and possession of narcotic drugs. The misdemeanor was for possession of cocaine.

Vincent reached a plea deal on April 26 and pleaded guilty to possession of meth with intent to deliver and possession of narcotic drugs, while the other two charges were dismissed but read into the record.

Judge Maureen D. Boyle imposed but stayed a four-year prison sentence on the meth charge and a 3½-year sentence on the narcotic drug charge on Tuesday. They are to be served concurrently if imposed.

Vincent must serve three years on probation with conditions including that she maintain absolute sobriety, and undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with recommended treatments.
