PLAIN CITY – At the Plain City Village Council’s regular meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. today in the Municipal Building, 800 Village Blvd., the Council will hear, on its first reading, an ordinance which will establish four (4) Marin Reserve Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts within the Village. The ordinance, if passed, will designate those properties to be exempt from real property taxation for the next 30 years and will require the owners to make annual service Payments In Lieu Of Taxes (PILOT) over that same 30-year span.

City Of Delaware Announces Mill Run Crossing Weekend Closure
As part of the Point Improvement Project, Mill Run Crossing will be closed to all traffic at the U.S. 36/Ohio 37 intersection for a weekend, from 9 p.m. Friday 7/26/24 through 5 a.m. Monday 7/29/24. During the closure, a detour route of U.S. 36 to Glenn Road to Mill Run Crossing can be used to access all roads and properties along Mill Run Crossing.
