NEW PHILADELPHIA− Community members can meet rangers with the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District during the National Night Out event from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, at Atwood Lake Park in Mineral City and Seneca Lake Parks in Senecaville. Gate admission will be free and the first 150 guests will receive free hotdogs, chips and water. National Night Out is an annual celebration aimed at creating a stronger sense of community, strengthening police-community relationships, and encouraging partnerships with police to prevent crime.
