The 50s-style restaurant also has a location on Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Industrial Investments paid $850,000 for a commercial property at 23226 Grissom Drive in Robertsdale, according to James Henderson of Realty Executives Bay Group, who handled the transaction. The purchase includes more than 15,000 ft2 of warehouse space, loading and unloading docks, office area and storage on 2 acres. The space was previously occupied by Dependable Machine Services. The property will be used in the future for the industrial maintenance company.
