West Virginia Heat Advisory Issued Amid Dangerous Heat Index Values
Charleston, WV – A heat advisory is in effect starting at noon today for a large portion of the forecast area, as the region braces for potentially dangerous heat index values. The National Weather Service in Charleston has warned residents to prepare for high temperatures and to take necessary precautions to avoid heat-related illnesses.

Yet in head coach Neal Brown's five seasons, the offense hasn't had a receiver catch 70 passes, reach 1,000 yards or score 10 touchdowns. Six Mountaineers caught 70 or more passes, seven had 1,000-yard seasons and nine had double-digit touchdown catches in the eight seasons before that.
WVU Football Sending Veteran Leaders to Represent Mountaineers at Big 12 Media Days
As the Big 12 moves its Media Days event to Las Vegas, the WVU football program will send four veteran leaders to represent the 2024 team.
