CAPTAIN COOK, Hawaii (Island News) -- The historic Manago Hotel – which includes Hawaii’s oldest restaurant – is up for sale, Island News has learned. Located in Captain Cook on the westside of Hawaii Island just south of Kailua-Kona, the 64-room hotel was built in 1917. It is believed that this is the first time this hotel has been put on the market for sale.
