NORTH LAWRENCE, New York (WWNY) - The state has cited North Country Dairy for violating water quality standards on the Deer River. Residents living along the river in the towns of Brasher and Lawrence have been complaining since spring about white jelly-like blobs in the water, dead fish, and a foul stench.
